These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Member") and ph755 ("ph755," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph755 online gaming platform, accessible at ph755.vip, and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the ph755 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ph755 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use ph755, you must:

• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;

• Not have been previously self-excluded from ph755 or any associated platform;
• Not be accessing the Platform on behalf of another person.

ph755 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accumulated while an account is under review may be withheld pending outcome of the review.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the ph755 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be merged or suspended, with any balances in duplicate accounts subject to forfeiture.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number;
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change;
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Immediately notify ph755 if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity resulted from the negligence or wrongful conduct of ph755.

ph755 requires identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱5,000. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, valid passport, and driver's license issued by the LTO.

All transactions on ph755 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph755 supports the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Direct.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to applicable KYC requirements for high-value deposits.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your ph755 wallet instantly in normal processing conditions.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically reflect within 15–60 minutes on business days.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 banking days in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ph755 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ph755 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases where AML obligations require review.

ph755 offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and a tiered Rewards program to its members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the Player. General conditions applicable to all ph755 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered ph755 members only. ph755 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire upon the deadline.
• ph755 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are in progress of meeting wagering requirements.
• The ph755 Rewards program, including tier status, Point accumulation rates, and tier-specific benefits, is governed by the Rewards Program Terms published at /rewards. ph755 reserves the right to amend the Rewards program structure at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

All games available on ph755, including slot machines, live dealer table games, online bingo, e-sabong, and sports betting markets, are governed by the specific rules of each individual game or market, as displayed within the game interface. General betting rules applicable to all ph755 games include:

• Bets may only be placed using available real money or eligible bonus funds in your ph755 wallet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ph755 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round, ph755 will endeavor to resolve the interrupted round. Where resolution is not possible, the bet will be refunded to the Player's wallet.
• ph755 reserves the right to declare a bet void if it was placed on an event or outcome that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, a data feed fault, or human error in odds compilation.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the dealing, spinning, or rolling activity conducted by the live dealer in real time. These outcomes are not subject to alteration by ph755.
• Slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. ph755 does not have the ability to alter the outcome of any RNG game after the wager has been placed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or bonus misconfigurations for financial gain ("bonus abuse" or "advantage play" in breach of offer terms);
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in contravention of Philippine AML/CTF laws;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or bingo games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after gaming activity has taken place;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including selling or transferring account credentials.

All content on the ph755 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ph755 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the ph755 Platform without express written permission from ph755. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, lawful gambling entertainment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph755 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, internet service interruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their account credentials secure;
• Decisions made by Players in the course of gambling activity.

ph755's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim, except where such liability arises from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph755's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

ph755 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We enforce a strict 21+ age requirement and provide the following responsible gaming tools to all members directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph755 account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration;

Upon termination, ph755 will return any verified real money balance remaining in the account, net of any amounts owed by the Player to ph755, within a reasonable period. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination regardless of wagering completion status.

ph755 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ph755 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the ph755 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
